🎣 Charity & Community: Horsham to Dartford

We kick things off at Horsham Fisheries for the Masonic Fishing Charity. We’ve provided a dedicated lakeside marquee to ensure the kids have a perfect spot out of the elements to enjoy their BBQ lunch. Community spirit is at the heart of what we do, and we’re proud to support such a great cause.

By Thursday, we head to the 18th green at Dartford Golf Club. We’ll be there to help them wrap up their Bank Holiday event in style, providing the perfect finish to a great day on the course.

🏡 Garden Parties: Mottingham & Welling

Thursday is a big day for private celebrations! In Mottingham, we are setting up two massive structures—a 6m x 9m and a 9m x 9m—ready to host 70 and 100 guests respectively for a stunning garden party.

Meanwhile, in Welling, we’re creating a more intimate atmosphere for a family welcoming relatives from overseas. Our goal is simple: keep the family warm and dry so they can focus on their reunion, not the forecast.

🏏 Cricket & Celebrations: Meopham

Friday morning starts at Nurstead Court for Meopham Cricket Club. We’re pulling out all the stops for their big night:

• Structure: A grand 9m x 18m marquee.
• The Details: Full flooring with a navy blue carpet to match the club’s colours, finished with elegant ivory linings.
• The Set-up: 5.5ft round tables seating 10, paired with stunning Chiavari chairs for a truly memorable sit-down meal.

We’ll finish Friday with another bespoke garden setup: a 6m x 9m marquee designed to seamlessly extend a customer’s kitchen through their bifold doors—the ultimate indoor-outdoor transition.

⚽ Presentation Night: Croydon Athletic FC

On Saturday morning, we’ll be at Croydon Athletic Football Club for their annual presentation. Despite their busy schedule with a game on Friday night, our team will deliver a 9m x 21m powerhouse marquee, featuring:

• Full flooring and a stage for the awards.
• A dedicated dance floor to celebrate the season.
• Burgundy carpet to perfectly match the club’s “Rams” identity.
• 10 tables for 10, complete with comfortable banqueting chairs.
